Forest Art Wisconsin - Native/Invasive

Ute Ritschel »Forest Art - A Concept for the Future«

Forest Art has proven to be an exhibition concept that can carry on multiple layers of knowledge and the visualisation of an aethetic environmental based expression. The connection of art and sience, the pedagogical impact, the curiosity of the onlookers and the wide spread interest in an art exhibition which features installations and performances have made it a model for the future in the Darmstadt forest. The International Forest Art Path in Darmstadt (Germany) and Forest Art Wisconsin (USA) will hopefully continue to foster the scope of art based in evironment, lansdscape and nature.
